Why can I no longer watch Padres baseball on Bally Sports San Diego?
Major League Baseball will take over production and distribution of all local San Diego Padres games starting on Wednesday, May 31, due to a breach of contract by Bally Sports San Diego.
Which cable, satellite, and streaming providers carry Padres games in the San Diego area?
Fans in-market can watch on DirecTV (Now CH. 694-3), Cox (CH. 4), AT&T U-verse (CH. 781), Spectrum (CH. 305), Fubo, and on MLB.TV. YouTube TV and Sling do not have access to Padres games at this time.
Why did my channel numbers change for Padres baseball?
Channel numbers have been updated due to a change in distribution from Bally Sports San Diego to MLB.
What talent will be broadcasting and calling the games on the new MLB broadcast?
The Padres' primary TV broadcasters – Don Orsillo, Mark Grant, and Bob Scanlan – will continue to serve in their existing roles. 97.3 The Fan’s radio team remains in place with Jesse Agler and Tony Gwynn Jr. calling games from the booth.

How do I watch Padres baseball if I live outside of the San Diego area?
Existing out-of-market Yearly and Monthly subscribers, including subscribers who received a subscription via T-Mobile, can continue to watch San Diego Padres games on MLB.TV. Can MLB.TV All Teams Subscribers Watch Padres games on MLB.TV in the San Diego area?
Only users that have specifically purchased the 2023 Single Team Padres Package subscription will be able to stream Padres games in the San Diego area. MLB.TV All Teams subscribers will not have access and will need to purchase the Single Team Padres Package in addition to the All Teams Package in order to stream Padres games on MLB.TV in the San Diego area.

You may cancel a 7-day risk-free trial of MLB.TV Yearly or MLB.TV Monthly any time during the 7-day window and will still have access to MLB.TV for the full 7 days. If you do not cancel, you will be billed on the 8th day for the current Yearly or Monthly subscription price. MLB reserves the right to determine customer eligibility for trial memberships in its sole discretion.
If you purchased the Single Team Padres Package subscription, the payment card you have on file with us will be billed monthly on approximately the same monthly date that you originally purchased, with monthly billing for each month of the 2023 MLB season through and including October. You can verify your monthly billing date in your MLB Account under “Manage Subscriptions.”
